Good life cabin 1 · Rustic Log Cabin

It was a perfect trip. Thanks to our stay at Good Life Cabin 1 Positive: We liked the seclusion of the property, and its location in relation to our itinerary,. The cabin was very clean and the decor made us feel at home. We would want to rent it again should we return. Negative: We came in after dark, and the signs were hard to read. We drove down Moonlight St, but quickly realized our mistake. There are lichens on the signs, and it would be nice if they were cleaned. During the day the signs were very legible. The driveway is steep, however, it is a short driveway, and we had no problem navigating down it. It would not be a factor for us should we return.

Love the privacy and location and the hot tub and it was very clean and quiet! Positive: The location was very private. It was easy to find with GPS and very clean.. we loved the hot tub. The linens were nice and the kitchen was well equipped. There were some nice added touches like the s’mores kit and the coffee and the Wi-Fi was good. Negative: The lighting could be much better inside. It was quite dark.

Cozy, remote and very private cabin with everything you need to have some rest. Positive: Very remote location in the woods, little but uphill drive by narrow but on private road so basically no traffic and not big deal to get there. Cozy, very clean and comfy. Clean spa, fireplace on site with plenty of firewood. They left coffee and s’more for us… Negative: Wish to see mountains but trees grew up…

Stunning and comfortable environment perfect for a small family with pets. Positive: It was a hidden gem. The property inside and out was clean and comfortable and it was stocked with kitchenware for our convenience. Also very pet accommodating. Will definitely be back. Negative: At first, the steep driveway was really intimidating to get up and back down. After the first day it was absolutely fine.

If you’re looking for a rustic cabin, away from it all, this is it. Although the unit was clean, we did find plenty of spider/cobwebs especially around the bunk beds. We did enjoy the front porch, but the rockers and small table are worn. We used the fire pit and appreciated having firewood available. As mentioned before, this is not easy to find and the road to the cabin is steep and narrow. Very quiet!
