Avista Resort 1BR | Balcony w/ Beach View & Amenities

Very nice room and worth the hefty price if it were impeccably clean like another room in Avista currently. Positive: We love it here. Have been coming to Avista for years and it’s a perfect spot for us. The restaurant, pools, staff, and the view are highlights for us. This room has a great layout and view. Comfy bed. Negative: Property itself is great. This room, in particular, needs a deep clean, repairs and paint. Broken toilet paper holder and most outlets in the bedroom did not work.

The room was not as clean or well-maintained as expected, which made the overall stay disappointing. Positive: Beach access & nice amenities Negative: The room we stayed in which was through a private owner via Airbnb & was not clean. The Murphy bed had stains on the mattress protector. The pillows had yellow spit/drool all over them. The coffee machine was dirty and not clean including the tea pot which had dried up coffee inside of it

Run!! This is a scammer!!! Positive: Scammed. This is not Avista Resort. The hotel never received my $500 payment. The confirmation number I was given after I paid, turned out to be a fake number.
