Run!! This is a scammer!!!
Positive: Scammed. This is not Avista Resort. The hotel never received my $500 payment. The confirmation number I was given after I paid, turned out to be a fake number. I had to file a fraud claim

Positive: We had a great view of the ocean, it was quite and close to everything

Great, fun, memorable.
Positive: The pool events, the location. The food, the pool tables and lounge areas. You don’t really have to leave the property.
